K4S Elite Squads
K4S Elite Squads are chosen from schools, clubs and other contacts we work alongside with in Football; they are strictly invitation only sessions. Players coming to our Elite Squad sessions will be given the opportunity to compete at the highest level in matches against professional Football Club academies. This gives our players valuable experience and possible pathways to being scouted and signed by a professional club.
Elite Squad sessions cover the same session content as development and league team sessions. However the ability of players is naturally higher and therefore the intensity of the sessions is noticeably greater. To be invited to Elite Squads players must not only show a high technical ability level, but also exemplary attitude, work ethic and commitment to their own ongoing development. For players to reach this level, we would expect them to be training at least three to four times per week either on the K4S program or elsewhere. We offer all K4S players the chance to train on our program and do sessions three to four times per week. The sessions we offer every age group include; technical improvement, game insight, match sessions and strength and conditioning.
Many players from the K4S Academies program have progressed in to professional clubs including Fulham, QPR, Millwall and England Schools boys teams.
